The Glow Room is a boutique-style spray tanning suite dedicated to providing a luxurious experience centered on comfort, confidence, and flawless results. Founded by a licensed esthetician and spray tan artist with over two years of experience, every tan is customized with skin-loving ingredients for a natural finish and long-lasting glow. Whether it’s for a special event or simply a well-deserved confidence boost, The Glow Room ensures every client leaves radiant because every body deserves to glow. 📍 Location & Check-In I’m inside Phenix Salon Suites — Suite 115 ✨ If the front door’s unlocked, come on in and find my room. You can hang out in the chair by the door until I’m ready. If it’s locked, just ring Suite 115 on the intercom via directory — I’ll buzz in and let you know if I’m ready for you or if you can have a seat. TAN PREP: • It is recommended that you book your spray for 2 to 3 days prior to an event for optimal results. • Shave, wax, and exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment – smooth skin = an even tan! • All of your beauty appointments (nails, waxing, facials, etc.) should be done before your spray. Your tan is always the last beauty step! • On tan day, skip lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup – clean, dry skin only please! (We’ll provide wipes if needed) • Wear dark, loose-fitting clothes to your session – comfort and glow go hand-in-hand. • Bring the good vibes and glow goals – we’ll take care of the rest! TAN AFTERCARE: • Wait it out: No water, sweat, makeup, or moisturizer for at least 8 hours after your tan. And recommended no working out, saunas etc. the following day to ensure proper development. Using a rapid rinse formula? Rinse off in 1-5 hours as directed by your sunless artist. (Set an alarm- no snoozing in your rapid spray!) • Don’t freak out! The bronzer gets SUPER dark as it develops. that’s totally normal- It’s just doing its thing! Your true tan will develop in over the 12-24 hour period post rinse. • Cry later - (seriously!) Tears + Tan = Streaks! • Say no to mineral oils + harsh soaps: Avoid soaps and lotions that contain mineral oil , which will break down your tan quickly. Not sure what to use? Ask about our fave spray-safe products! • No scrubbing, rubbing, exfoliating. No loofahs, washcloths, or scrubs until the tan is ready to come off. After showers, pat dry gently. • Stay hydrated & moisturized! Dry skin= patchy tan. Moisturize 2x per day to extend longevity of your glow • If you need to shave post tan, wait at least 24 hours after rinsing. Use a brand new razor and a gentle product such as conditioner. Do not wax after a tan! Glow Room Solution Highlights: Vegan, clean, cruelty-free, free of mineral oils/parabens/sulfates. Skin-care enriched formulas. Contain niacinamide, ceramides, panthenol, and orchid stem cells — so each tan hydrates, smooths, and strengthens the skin barrier while developing. Lasts up to 10 days with proper care. Formulated for even fade. Sweat-resistant technology & quick drying. Luxurious scented solutions! Please note that all card transactions have a 3.5% transaction fee. Thank you for your understanding. Tan Fix Policy: Things happen! If you’re not loving your tan, reach out within 2 days of your appointment so we can make it right. No refunds. Late Arrival Policy: Life happens — we have a 10 minute grace period. Please note that we might need to reschedule to keep things fair for everyone. If I can’t fit you in, a 50% fee may apply. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things do come up, however we kindly ask for 24 hour notice for any cancellations & reschedules. A 50% fee will be charged for any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
